Transparency allows visibility for the curious. This is a controversial idea where a potential transparency may allow public authorities to analyze the performance of citizens. This idea has made me realize that we understand that we are being monitored, and even agree to the terms and conditions, nevertheless we then turn around and complain that we are uncertain and upset with this system when they use it against us.
